Birth at hospital $300 budget Don’t have a birth plan yet
Me and my family of 6 just moved to this new city. Me and my husband don’t trust any of these hospitals down here. I would like a trustworthy, good, honest doula by my side. I get bad vibes when I go to visit maternity floors at both hospitals.
I am interested in a midwife/dual with a holistic approach. That will help me to achieve a safe and unmediated birth. I have had o e prior child as a vaginal birth, I labored for over 24hrs, did end up with an epidural at 9.5cm (I did not want one), had a 2nd sac of water, and did have a tear. I did not want to push on my back and made that clear, it didn’t change anything, I asked for delayed cord clamping, it did not change anything. I did not have a lot of the things I wanted met.
Lima memorial I have insurance No plan for birth
Hello, I am hoping to have a home birth (Napoleon, Oh). My budget is around 4000. I do have insurance through my husband but am unsure if that'll work. I am hoping for a natural birth with my mom and husband around in a calm and supportive environment.
I plan on giving birth at Bellevue Hospital. My budget is $1000. My birth plan is to have a natural birth and to avoid having a C section at all cost. I need a doula that is skilled at helping ease anxiety, compulsive thoughts with positive alternatives/coping methods.
This is my second baby, my first being born in August of 2025 (currently 7 months postpartum). I gave birth at Lima Memorial previously and loved the experience - however, I ended up getting an epidural at 9 cm dilated when I had wanted to deliver naturally. I was hoping to try again naturally. I have no budget for doula services.
