I need help latching my baby correctly. She has a shallow latch.
My baby is 17 days old. We’re having trouble with milk leaking from the corners of his mouth, possible air swallowing during feeds, frequent spit-up, and I’m concerned about a possible tongue or lip restriction. I’d like an IBCLC to observe him feeding and do a pre- and post-feed weight.
I am looking for guidance regarding possible tandem feeding my toddler and newborn.

I am struggling with breast feeding/pumping and need a lactation specialist to assist me. I breastfed my baby the first week she was born (or tried to) and I didn’t know what she was getting also she gave me blood blisters so I started pumping and only produced a small amount. I have had no appetite the last few days and it gets hard to pump with feeding, burping the baby, making bottles changing the baby ect. So I feel like I’ve lost my milk supply or I am starting to. Would love some answers and some help. I don’t want to give up yet.

This is my first birth and we are giving birth away from home (our families are in Chicago) so I’m looking for extra support and guidance. We will be giving birth at Sparrow hospital.
