As a mother of two, with years of hands-on experience supporting families in the U.S., I bring a calm, grounded, and reassuring presence into your birth and postpartum journey. I am trained in both Birth and Postpartum Doula care through DONA International, combining evidence-based knowledge with the intuition that comes from real-life experience. My approach is both practical and nurturing—I don’t just guide, I actively support you in the moments that matter most. I am currently offering a limited number of at a preferred rate/special introductory rate as I complete the final steps of my certification. Families in these select spots receive my full scope of care. In return, I simply request completion of a brief evaluation form required for my certification. This is handled professionally, with full respect for your privacy and experience. Service Packages a) Essentials Package: Core birth support for families seeking personalized presence. Postpartum Doula

Services may include: • Newborn care guidance and support • Sibling adjustment support • Comfort measures for postpartum recovery • Light household support related to baby and family • Overnight support options if requested • Emotional support for the birthing parent and family • Referrals to trusted community resources when appropriate • Monitoring for signs of postpartum emotional challenges and referrals if needed • Infant feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, or formula preparation based on parental guidance) The specific tasks provided during each visit may vary depending on the family’s needs that day. What is included in your "Introductory Rate" package?

My current introductory package includes one prenatal visit to discuss your birth plan and comfort measures, continuous support during your labour and delivery, and one postpartum follow-up visit. Because I am building my certification portfolio, these rates are highly competitive. I am also happy to customize or increase the number of visits to fit your needs, provided we can agree on the requirements for my certification documentation.

Do you support all types of births (e.g., hospital, home, medicated, or cesarean)?

Yes! I support your unique birth vision, whether it’s a planned hospital birth with an epidural, a home birth, or a scheduled cesarean.

What specific tasks do you help with during a postpartum shift?

My goal is to "mother the mother." This includes newborn care, breastfeeding/feeding support, light household tasks (like laundry or meal prep), and providing emotional recovery space for you.

What is your "on-call" policy for birth support?

I am officially on-call for you 24/7 starting at 37 weeks until your baby arrives.

Are your postpartum shifts flexible?

Absolutely. While my standard introductory package includes one follow-up, I am open to negotiating additional postpartum hours. My goal is to ensure you feel confident and cared for as you transition into parenthood.

Do you have a backup doula in case of emergencies?

Yes, I have a trusted backup arrangement with a local doula to ensure you are never without support. However, to provide the highest level of care while I build my practice, I strictly limit myself to one birth and one postpartum client per month. This allows me to focus 100% of my energy and availability on your family and significantly reduces the likelihood of ever needing a backup.

What is your philosophy on birth and medical interventions?

My philosophy is that your birth belongs to you. Whether you are planning an unmedicated home birth, a hospital birth with an epidural, or a scheduled cesarean, my role is to provide non-judgmental support that aligns with your choices and goals.
