We don't have family nearby, so we're hoping to find a kind, experienced postpartum doula who can join us a few times a week to help with newborn care, feeding support, and just being a steady, reassuring presence while we settle into this whole new world. Looking for assistance with a home birth . I am open to a water birth as well. I have no insurance so i will be paying out of pocket. My budget is $5,000- $7,000 but i am flexible. I need someone to walk me through what to expect from the home birth and any possible issues that comes from this and thats mainly it. I dont expect someone to stick around for days after the birrth but someone who can access my and the babies condition to know if i need to go to the hospital and or if everything is ok. At my 12 week appoint and my NT scan everything was looking good based on my OBGYN. i need some one with some experince but most importabtly the confidense and know how. Im not picky i just need someone who is sure of themselves and it isnt their first time.

Hello! We are pregnant with our first child and I am really interested in having a Doula. I am a patient at Oula seeing their team of midwives and plan to deliver at Mount Sinai West. I live in Astoria, Queens. I am hopeful to have an unmedicated, natural birth and would like to learn as many breathing, movement, push positions, etc as possible to help achieve this goal. I am currently on Anthem BCBS Medicaid as a graduate student and have a tighter budget, but understand the importance of the care and knowledge that doulas provide.

We are in Long Island City and are looking for a practical, evidence-based postpartum professional for recurring overnight newborn support, ideally around 10 p.m.–8 a.m. or another 10-hour window, beginning shortly after birth and continuing for roughly 4–8 weeks. We are looking for hands-on newborn care, feeding/pump/bottle support, soothing, diapering, safe-sleep knowledge, and clear handoff notes in the morning. We also strongly prefer someone comfortable with baby laundry, washing bottles and pump parts, light tidying/kitchen reset, simple meal prep, and keeping baby supplies organized.
