Melissa served as our nighttime doula for approximately 4 months. We loved her. She was a great communicator, responsive, knowledgeable, punctual and caring. Since this was our first child, we had your typical first time parent worries and questions and Melissa was always open to discussing any questions we had and easing our minds. We truly can’t imagine going through the newborn trenches with anyone else and highly recommend her.

Caroline was incredible! We absolutely loved getting to know her and working with her during this pregnancy and birth. From her calm supportive presence to coaching me through a largely unmedicated labor (which I never could have done on my own!) to visiting us after birth and bringing incredible food to help get through the early post partum phase, her support made our birth experience so much more joyful . I will be recommending her to all pregnant friends in the future!

Kristen was an absolute lifesaver for our family—especially as first-time parents. She was reliable, professional, and incredibly warm, with such a sweet and gentle way with our newborn (and us). Each morning, she gave us a helpful recap of how our daughter slept and shared thoughtful, experience-based advice tailored to our baby’s habits. Her support gave us so much peace of mind (and much-needed rest!). Our only regret is not booking more nights with her in those early weeks!

Hi, I’m Morgan, a birth doula with a deep passion for supporting women through the sacred and powerful journey of pregnancy and birth. Outside of birth work, you can often find me hiking, camping, traveling, walking my two corgis, reading, spending time with my husband and son, or serving my church and local community. My heart for women’s health began during my very first OB/GYN appointment as a teenager, when I had to navigate a complicated diagnosis and a series of confusing and often scary interactions with specialists. Years later, after facing complications during the birth of my son, my passion for informed care and patient advocacy only grew stronger. That experience not only taught me the importance of understanding my health and my options, but it also deepened my trust in the Lord. Through it all, my faith grew as I leaned into His strength during a season full of unknowns. Since then, I’ve become deeply committed to helping women feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout their reproductive journeys. My journey led me to work on a research team developing an intrauterine balloon stent to help treat Asherman’s Syndrome—a role that involved shadowing OB/GYNs and midwives and sparked a deeper appreciation for the science behind pregnancy and birth. I truly believe that birth is not only fascinating from a medical standpoint, but also incredibly beautiful and sacred. Today, I feel called to walk alongside women in their most vulnerable and transformative moments—offering education, advocacy, and unwavering support as they step into motherhood.

Recent review

Morgan is a wonderful doula with a heart for her clients and a heart for the Lord! Having been through a difficult birth with her little guy, she is knowledgeable and helpful in navigating births of different scenarios.

I’m a wife of 15 years, homeschooling mother of five, and bonus mom to a 21-year-old. I began my wellness journey by earning a certificate in Massage Therapy from Eastern Virginia Career College in 2018, went on to complete my Doula Certification at Germanna Community College in 2024, and graduated with honors in Herbal Studies from the American College of Healthcare Sciences in 2025. I’m currently in Phase I of my PEP process on the road to becoming a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me homeschooling, exploring outdoors with my children, writing poetry, working on my werewolf novel, or handcrafting natural hair and skincare products. It’s a blessing to walk alongside families with compassion, cultural care, and grounded support during such a sacred season of life.

I cannot recommend Siedah enough. I was TERRIFIED of delivering my baby. I have a lot of birth trauma, both from a traumatic vaginal delivery as well as a traumatic c section. But I wanted to try for a VBAC and take my power back, but my anxiety was holding me back. Siedah was my ROCK. Both during my pregnancy and during labor/delivery. She is full of knowledge, love, compassion. Never judged, always the best listener, and her check ins seriously brought me so much peace. When induction day came, I was terrified. As my contractions got intense, Siedah kept me focused and reminded me of my power. She never judged me when I lost focus and always brought me back to center and respected and supported my decisions. I truly don't think I would have gotten my VBAC without her. Especially with my 10lbs 2oz chunker! If you need a doula, you can’t top Siedah!

Hello, my name is Nashare and I am the owner of That Community Helper. I am trained as birth and postpartum doula, but currently focusing on postpartum clients. I graduated college with a degree in Early Childhood Education and it made me realize that the best foundation for a good early childhood is through the mother/parents. I believe that parents have lost the support through the entire perinatal phase and it is my desire and goal to make sure the parents build confidence in themselves. In my practice I believe in creating a compassionate, education-driven, supportive environment during a very sensitive time in parents’ lives. In my free time, I like to paint, draw, and read.

I’m a Postpartum Doula in Montgomery County. Maryland offering holistic-minded postpartum support that draws inspiration from ancient postpartum care traditions and the slow living movement. Native to Puerto Rico, my interest in birth and postpartum care was fully realized after seeing my 17th sibling born at home with a beautiful local midwife. She apprenticed and ignited my passion for birth work as an 11 year old. Decades later, it is my joy and privilege to walk alongside mothers during this sacred time.
