About Nashare

Hello, my name is Nashare and I am the owner of That Community Helper. I am trained as birth and postpartum doula, but currently focusing on postpartum clients. I graduated college with a degree in Early Childhood Education and it made me realize that the best foundation for a good early childhood is through the mother/parents. I believe that parents have lost the support through the entire perinatal phase and it is my desire and goal to make sure the parents build confidence in themselves. In my practice I believe in creating a compassionate, education-driven, supportive environment during a very sensitive time in parents’ lives. In my free time, I like to paint, draw, and read.

Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Introductory

All clients will receive my services for six weeks. INTRODUCTORY PLAN — 20 hours. You decide how that 20 hours is split up across weeks but if you need minimal care or you’re not sure how much support is really needed, this package could be for you.

$40 USD · Per hour

BUILD YOUR OWN

All clients will receive my services for six weeks. You decide the hours that you need during the six weeks. However much you decide. I am only available for daytime support Monday-Friday.

What to expect

Postpartum Doula Care Day Shifts Only (4 hours) Emotional support for new parents Infant care guidance feeding, bathing, diapering Household support: light tidying, meal prep, sibling transition, and laundry. Postpartum recovery and wellness support
