I began this journey from a deep calling to support families through birth and beyond with compassion and care that honors their unique paths. I became certified in Virginia and started Do It Doula to offer personalized, judgment-free support—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I specialize in pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and placenta encapsulation, and I proudly support all birthing people and families in making informed, empowered choices. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
