I’m hoping for as natural of a birth as possible, but I’m also open to changing plans if it’s what’s safest for me or my baby. More than anything, I’m looking for someone who will help me feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the process. We live in Playa Del Rey and planning to have a birth in Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills. Our estimate budget is $1500-3000 but this will depend on the available options. I am working with a midwife as my primary care provider, and for now we are planning on a natural birth, preferably no induction (unless medically required), maximizing freedom to move during birth. I want to have an epidural as an option if I need it but I am planning to go without it for as long as possible and see how it goes. I am 25 yo, this is my first baby (a boy).
