About me

Overnight postpartum support designed to help parents rest while their newborn is safely cared for. Night shifts typically range from 8–12 hours. Support includes newborn care, soothing, feeding support (bottle or breastfeeding support), diaper changes, and light baby-related tasks such as washing bottles. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment so parents can recover and feel confident during the early weeks with their baby. I also provide guidance for newborn routines and gentle support as families adjust to life with a newborn. CPR & First Aid certified and Trustline registered. Service introduction

I provide overnight postpartum support so parents can rest, recover, and feel confident during the early weeks with their newborn. During night shifts, I care for your baby while you sleep, including feeding support (breast or bottle), diaper changes, soothing, burping, and establishing healthy sleep foundations. If breastfeeding, I bring the baby to you and handle everything afterward so you can return to rest quickly. My role is to create a calm, peaceful nighttime environment while ensuring your baby is safe, comforted, and well cared for. The goal is, more rest for you, more confidence in your newborn care, and a smoother transition into parenthood.
