About me

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the commission of Dietetic Registration, I specialize in weight loss and weight management, diabetes, healthy pregnancy, and lactation. I have substantial experience working with pre-diabetes and diabetic patients and women with gestational diabetes, bariatric patients, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, GERD, PCOS to achieve optimum well-being. My biggest passion is helping new moms with lactation, nutrition, and childbirth classes. It is my firm belief that breast milk, skin to skin (kangaroo breast), and making informed decisions about childbirth are essential to developing an excellent immune system for babies. This allows parents to have the power to seize this wonderful opportunity.
