Hi! I’m a single mom currently living in a shelter with no local support system. I’m expecting my third baby, and I’m looking for postpartum support mostly with my two toddler girls, who will be 19 months and 3.5 years old when their brother arrives. I’m hoping to be paired with a host family through Strong Families so I can have about two weeks to recover after delivery without the girls, but want to make sure I have as much support as possible lined up for when they return. I think I’ll especially need help in the late afternoon/evening with the girls and their bedtime routine while I’m recovering and caring for baby boy. I’m also waiting for referrals for a home health aide, so I probably won’t need much help with housework, as well as respite services to provide additional help with the girls. I’m trying to build as much support around us as possible before delivery. I have Mercy Care RBHA insurance and would need either insurance coverage or grant-funded services, as I currently have no income. I’d love to connect with someone who may be able to work with my situation!

My wife and I are living in Ahwatukee and are expecting our second child on 11/17/26. We are looking for a post-partum doula and are aiming for four nights a week with 8-10 hour shifts (but we would be open to discussing hours with you to fit your schedule). The care will be for a single infant.

This is our first baby, delivery is planned for HonorHealth Shea in Scottsdale, AZ. Due date is 12/26/2026 with an induction planned if baby is not born by around the 27th/28th. Hoping to have an unmedicated birth if possible. Insurance is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and does cover doula services.
