Hello, After having gone through my own pregnancy and postpartum journey, I realized the resources on fitness and nutrition for women, specifically moms, is lacking. So I pursued my personal training and nutrition certifications as well as a pre/postnatal fitness certification while staying at home with my son. I was once a Master's level Scientist, but now I enjoy helping and inspiring women daily to retake control of their lives.

I offer 1:1 virtural fitness coaching. I customize each program to the client, including workout programs and nutrition guidelines. Workout programs are tailored to prenatal safety and postnatal pelvic floor recovery. The 1:1 program includes checkins, daily access to me for questions, customized workout plans, and education on balanced and healthy eating.
I reached out to Grace in March 2022 to become my fitness coach. I was 5 months postpartum, at my highest weight of 194, and just plain miserable with myself. I felt awful and tired all the time. I hated the way I looked, and I just couldn't stand the thought of remaining unhealthy and gaining more weight. So I made the decision to commit to a 3 month plan with Grace, and by the end of it she had given me the tools I needed to not only lose weight but to keep it off as well! I lost 20 lbs while I trained with Grace. My training ended in June and life got crazy. I haven't been the best at utilizing all the things she taught me during training, but I have not gained a SINGLE pound back either. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I would 100% use her services again in the future.
