Baby was born premature at 30 weeks, spent 6 weeks in the NICU. Dad works full time long hours/late nights and mom needs night care to help her get more sleep. Hi, my name is Cassie, and I am expecting a baby girl in January 2026. I’m reaching out because I’m looking for support from a Newborn Care Specialist, Night Nanny, and/or Postpartum Doula. I’m looking for help with newborn sleep routines, feeding support, soothing techniques, bottle/pump cleaning, and light baby-related tasks. I would also like overnight help so I can rest and postpartum support for recovery, emotional support, and help around the house as I adjust to motherhood. Please let me know your availability for January 2026 and your rates/packages. I would love to connect and discuss next steps.
Planing birth in hospital Need help with newborn care at night
First time Mom had a stalled induction that lead to a c-section. She does not have support who can help her take care of lifting the baby and assist with bending over. Her grandmother and aunt can assist with cleaning and cooking but have disabilities that keep them from helping with newborn care. Dad does not live in the house but will be able to spend a few nights during the week. She may need night help but not entirely sure yet. She is attempting to breastfeed but needs assistance and more in-depth education. There are 5 well trained dogs in the house but their care will be done by other support. Looking at needing help for 4-6 weeks. Budget is about $1,500 a week but unsure of what is “common” and appropriate.
I’m looking for a reliable day and night nanny to help with my newborn and three young children (ages 4, 3, and 2). I’d like someone with experience in infant care, sleep training, and household support (light cleaning, laundry, meal prep). The role would mainly be at the mother’s home in Port Saint Lucie. Must have at least 3–5 years of childcare experience and CPR certification. My estimated budget is $20–25/hr for nights and $18–20/hr for daytime.
