Because I’m a first-time mom and I don’t have any previous birth experience. I really want to avoid an episiotomy or tearing if possible. I’m hoping the birth doula can guide me through proper breathing and pushing techniques during labor to help minimize the risk of injury to my body.

Hospital birth. My budget is up to 2800. My birth plan is saline lock , no epidural, no pint. I want to labor at home for as much as the labor as possible. I want the least amount of interventions as possible. I am ok with a newer provider.

This is our first baby. We are looking for postpartum support 1 to 2 days a week for assistance with the baby, light household assistance, and meal prep. I am hoping to breast-feed so having someone with experience in that would be helpful. I would like to eventually incorporate pumping so help with figuring out a pumping schedule would be great.
