I'm a postpartum doula who truly believes in the power of community during your recovery. I have three kids of my own, and have had a fairly wide range of postpartum experiences, helping me to see how to help people in any stage of recovery, hormones, and sleeplessness.. In addition to trainings with postpartum specifically, I have worked with children in various capacities for over 15 years. This experience with children and their families allows me to anticipate the needs of your family throughout the whole day, rather than just the snapshot I see while we're together. My goal, in addition to in-person support, is to help you build confidence and routines that work even beyond our time together, so that you are always prepared for the phase of parenting you're in. I am always rooting for you!

8 total weeks of support: 2 nights/week for the first 4, then 1 night/week for the final four. Includes an in-person infant care class. Additionally, you receive consistent communication and virtual support throughout the remainder of pregnancy and the entire postpartum contract, resource library access, and a custom welcome package tailored to your postpartum priorities. You'll also be able to add any of my "add-on" items to your package at a 10% discount.
9 total weeks of postpartum support: 3 nights and 1 day for the first 3 weeks, 2 nights and 1 day in week 4-6 and 1 night per week for the remaining weeks 7-9. Includes an in-person infant care class, and an in person baby & toddler sleep class. Additionally, you receive consistent communication and virtual support throughout the remainder of pregnancy and the entire postpartum contract, resource library access, and a custom welcome package tailored to your postpartum priorities. You'll also be able to add any of my "add-on" items to your package at a 15% discount.
I offer a variety of options that help customize the package you choose so that it can be the most beneficial for your family. Contact me for specifics, but know that there are options including: meal prep, sibling support, extended visits, contract extensions, and pre-scheduled sleep training. Cost seen here is a filler, and each add-on service has its own pricing structure.
I offer in-person postpartum support that gives you a chance to rest, recover, and learn so that you can continue to take care of yourself and your infant. While I take your priorities into account as well, my goals are for everyone (parents and baby) to get as much sleep as possible, and to have the necessary knowledge and resources for any decisions they need to make. As a mom myself, I am able to anticipate helpful household tasks that give you a head-start to your day.
