Hello, I’m Hannah, a hypnobirthing teacher of almost 4 years from West Yorkshire. I work with expectant parents to help them prepare for their upcoming birth. I teach techniques to help you stay calm during labour and feel confident about birth. I’ve supported over 200 families from all the world, from right here in Wakefield all the way over to Australia. I offer both in person course and online course so you can work with me from wherever you are in the world. The birth of your baby is an experience that will last with you for a lifetime, you deserve for it to be a positive memory.

Private 121 Hypnobirthing Course

My private 121 hypnobirthing courses are designed to be a unique antenatal package that is tailored to your needs. You will be supported throughout your course by myself, a 5* rated hypnobirthing teacher of 4 years. We talk about the process of birth, what to expect and how to manage. You will be given techniques to help you stay calm and focused during labour. We will make sure that you feel fully prepared for labour before your course ends.

What to expect

Hypnobirthing With Hannah provides antenatal education to expectant parents from all over the world, I specialise in teaching hypnobirthing. Hypnobirthing teaches techniques to allow you to stay calm during labour and feel confident about your birth, it helps you to feel in control and provides your birth partner with a role so that they feel a part of the experience too. I offer classes both in person (West Yorkshire) and online so that you can work with me from anywhere in the world.

When is the best time to start a hypnobirthing course?

Ideally the earlier the better so you have plenty of time to practise everything that I teach you. From around 20-30 weeks often works best. I do have an intensive course available for those who have found hypnobirthing too late.
