Hey, my name is haven jarman! I am a postpartum doula, specializing in overnight infant care. I bring calm, empathetic support to every family that I work with, creating stability and building confidence during your transition into parenthood. As a mother of three, i understand firsthand what new parents need most, and i love helping with practical postpartum tasks like meal prep and light housekeeping so families can focus on rest and bonding. I have my Washington state food card as well! Outside of work, i enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my kids, and connecting with other moms in our community!

this package is one 8-10 hour overnight shift! - baby care while parents get rest - diaper changes - bottle feeding or handing baby to mom to breastfeed - basic baby care - light household chores (dishes, laundry, light clean up) - meal prep

This package deal is for 4 overnight shifts starting at 8 hours per night. - same care as my “One night reset” package - 4 nights within one month - priority scheduling - over the phone support included
