Haven helped my family for 2.5 years and was such a valuable asset. She is so knowledgeable with babies and a very hard worker. She is always so helpful with any task I gave her, and has a positive attitude always. She is easy to talk to and always seemed to know the right things to say. She is the perfect person to help out during postpartum times and I trust her fully.

Haven first supported our family as a mother’s helper/doula in the early postpartum period, helping me recover and adjust during those exhausting first weeks with a newborn. She was calm, capable, and incredibly reassuring at a time when I needed it most. She then became our nanny starting when our daughter was 6 months old, back in 2021, and worked with us for about a year and a half. She was wonderful — punctual, a great communicator, and always open to feedback. She was also very flexible and adapted well to our family’s needs. Haven taught our daughter so much during their time together and treated her like her own. She’s warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. My daughter still talks about her and clearly loved having her around. The only reason we let Haven go was that our daughter was ready for preschool — since she’d been with us during COVID, we wanted to make sure she had exposure to other kids her age and a social environment to grow in. That was truly the only reason. Otherwise, we’d have Haven back in a heartbeat, and we’d recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable doula or nanny.
