I offer postpartum care for mothers and infants. I love to cook and clean, and I have a special place in my heart for newborns. I’m happy to cook, clean, help with nursing/pumping, and more. I’m here to help ease your stress and anxiety of becoming a new mama. I’m also happy to help with your older children if you are just needing a little break for you and your newborn.

1 week postpartum care ($1400) •Three overnight shifts- 8 hours per night •Newborn care- swaddling, soothing, feeding support, sleep basics, and diaper changes. •Mother Care/help- postpartum care, emotional support, allowing extra sleep, cleaning, and organization •Household help- baby/mama laundry, cleaning bottles, dishes, nursery reset, postpartum trash cleanup, bedroom clean up •Meal/snack prep for mom •Recovery support- sleep/rest reminders, hydration, basic comfort care •text/phone call support •Personalized newborn schedule support

Safe Haven rest and recovery package
8 overnight shifts- 8 hours each, 4 per week •everything that is included in my one week package •partner support + hands on sibling transition help •feeding log/sleep rhythm guidance • emotional check ins + resource referrals if needed

Nightly reset package
3 nights of your choosing during a 30 day period (if I’m available the day you choose) • 3 hours of help per night, after 9 pm Help includes - wash/sanitize bottles & pump parts - wash/put away dishes - fold baby + parent laundry/start a load - restock diaper stations - prep snacks/water for mom - light nursery reset - take baby for stretches of time between feedings (may inhibit time for cleaning- but happy to do this if requested) - if bottle feeding, I’m happy to feed baby if they wake up while I’m there - gentle newborn soothing/settling support
