We have limited family support and would appreciate help with feeding guidance, newborn care, healthy meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and creating a calm, nurturing environment while supporting our transition into parenthood.

Lactation support: my baby is 4 days old, my breasts are very engorged and painful although no signs of mastitis. She is feeding well but does not seem to empty the breast so they remain very engorged between feeds.

Immediate skin to skin after delivery. The plan if all goes well and no emergencies. I would like my provider to be Christian based, doula and/or midwife certified with at least 5+ years of experience or 50+ birthing experience.
