I am a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a background in labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. I am passionate about helping families feel confident and supported during their breastfeeding journey. I believe every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based guidance that meets them where they are. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and individualized to each mother and baby. I help with latch difficulties, milk supply concerns, pumping guidance, returning to work, and newborn feeding challenges. My goal is not only to help babies feed well, but to help mothers feel empowered, reassured, and confident in their ability to nourish their baby.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based lactation support for families from pregnancy through the postpartum period. Services include assistance with latch difficulties, milk supply concerns, pumping guidance, newborn feeding assessments, and returning to work while breastfeeding. My goal is to create a personalized feeding plan that helps both mother and baby feel confident, comfortable, and supported. I offer both in-home and virtual consultations to meet families where they are and provide practical guidance during the breastfeeding journey.
