About me

Hi, I’m Heidi Jamal, and I’m here to support you through one of life’s most incredible journeys, bringing a new little person into the world. I believe birth is unique to each family, and my role is to provide calm, compassionate support, practical guidance, and a listening ear. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, empowered, and cared for; whether it’s during pregnancy, labor, or postpartum. My goal is simple: to help you feel confident, supported, and celebrated every step of the way. I’m a Birth & Postpartum DOULA, plus a 200 hours Registered Yoga Teacher, in addition to a 100 hours in Pre- & Postnatal Yoga specialization. I am also a mom of two wonderful boys... 💕Becoming a mother, twice, in very different stages of my life, taught me that every birth and every journey is unique. That’s what inspired me to become a doula: to hold space for other women as they navigate their own beautiful, raw, transformative path into motherhood. If you’re preparing for birth or embracing the postpartum chapter, I’d be honored to walk beside you, with care, presence, and unconditional support. 🌿
