Hi, I’m Heily bilingual English and Spanish speaker birth, and postpartum Doula servicing families throughout the East Bay in San Francisco. I’m provide compassionate dependable and family center support throughout pregnancy, labor, postpartum care and newborn care. My goal is to help Family feel informed confident her and generally cared for I offer con reassurance, practical guidance from measurements, advocacy and nonjudgmental support while honoring each families, individuals preference and values. Service introduction

I offer by Woolworth a simple postpartum Doula service in English in Spanish. My service includes prenatal preparation, continuously for support, comfort, techniques, breath, advocacy, postpartum recovery, assistance, newborn care, feeding support, and family. Education in person and virtual support are available with care personalized to each families needs and preference.

A complementary consultation, two prenatal visits, continuous in- person support throughout active labor and birth, comfort measures and positioning, partner, guiding advocacy support, Immediate postpartum care, and two postpartum visits

USD Flat rate

Postpartum Doula day Support

Personalized daytime support with postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding , light household organization, and tidy up, and family education. A $25 travel fee may apply.

Absolutely. I provide nonjudgmental support and help you understand your options, communicate your preferences, and feel heard while working respectfully alongside your medical team.

What support is included after birth?

My complete birth package includes two postpartum visits to check in on a recovery newborn care of feeding emotional well-being, and your families transitions after birth
