I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) International Board Certified Lactation Consultant dedicated to helping families overcome routine and complex infant feeding challenges through evidence-based, individualized care. My passion for lactation began with my own breastfeeding journey. Like many parents, I was told that pain was "normal." It wasn't. Months later, I discovered my sons had undiagnosed oral restrictions that significantly affected our breastfeeding relationship. That experience inspired me to ensure other families receive the knowledgeable, compassionate care I wish I had. After becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) in 2014, I earned my International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential in 2022 and founded Lactation Support For You in 2023 to provide families with advanced lactation care that goes beyond basic breastfeeding support. Her breastfeeding struggles and triumphs led her to pursue a career in the field of lactation. Brittni received the designation of International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2017, Advanced Lactation Consultant in 2016 & Certified lactation counselor in 2014.
