I’m a healing arts practitioner and somatic movement therapist and educator who helps people through rebirths in their lives including the experience of childbirth. I’m passionate about supporting folks to become conscious, loving, embodied parents as they welcome new life and expand their family. I’m excited to support all families and especially those who are wanting to welcome more natural practices and perspectives with an evidence based orientation at this transformational time in your lives.
