Hi, I'm Hilary! I'm the mama of two amazing kiddos, Calla and Sage, and an oversized, wanna-be lapdog named Rondo. I'm a wife, daughter, sister, friend, yogi, gardener, adventurer and lover of all things mama and baby. After struggling to become a mother myself, experiencing a difficult birth process, and navigating postpartum depression, I became passionate about supporting individuals and families through the beautiful, terrifying, rewarding, and overwhelming transitions of pregnancy and new parenthood.

Postpartum Doula services

The postpartum period is filled with intensely beautiful and difficult moments. As a Postpartum Doula, my goal is to help ease the transition by providing information, emotional support and hands-on help with newborn care and feeding, siblings and pets, light housework and meal preparation. I specialize in trauma-informed, holistic care. Holistic services such as reiki and yoga can be added to postpartum care or purchased separately.
