My husband and I had the support of an overnight baby nurse who made the transition of bringing our newborn home much smoother and less overwhelming. She was hands-on in guiding us through different aspects of newborn care—from swaddling, changing, and bathing to feeding and sleep. Her knowledge helped us to feel more confident as new parents. She helped facilitate routines that helped our baby as we were trying to establish sleep and feeding routines, while also teaching us how to maintain those routines ourselves. She provided recommendations on helpful products and shared insight into breastfeeding. Her coaching helped us to feel prepared and capable in caring for our baby.

Michelle has been wonderful! She is so helpful with my newborn and sweet with my three year old. She is incredibly warm, knowledgeable and trustworthy, I highly recommend her to anyone.
