Hi there! Need support with a few things Baby was in NICU for a few days out of precaution and we left with her combo feeding - breast and formula. I wanted to get her off formula so I started pumping twice a day, and now we’re doing occasional top offs with breast milk in a bottle after I breast feed her. Would love guidance to know if she’s getting enough milk from my breasts and if the top offs are still necessary. My breasts still feel full after but she falls asleep as hard as I try to wake her up. She’s doing 15 min and 10/15 min. Guidance on when to pump. Right now doing one AM and one PM because my breasts hurt and feel like I need to empty them. wondering if I’m doing this “right” How long to pump for so that I DON’T trigger my body to make extra milk Will be going back to work in December. Would love a plan. Just overall guidance :)

Having my first birth this november at New York Presbyterian lower manhattan. Looking for a Doula who has a calm and supportive energy with 3+ years practicing. I would like support during birth and after as a priority and a little bit of prep before. I'd also like the Doula to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.
This is Baby 5 and 6 for me it's twins boy/ girl the support I need from Doula services is to help me with physical and emotional support to birthing my child's before and during and after childbirth so just to gain service that will help me and babys throughout the birth plan of my pregnancy also help with feeding as well if that helps
I’m planning to give birth at New York Presbyterian lower Manhattan. I am looking for a birth doula and a laceration consultant for a few sessions of support after my birth. I am also interested in postpartum doula support in the first month after birth to help me learn to care for my infant and help me heal since this is my first child.
About four days after giving birth and breastfeeding, my nipples were in so much pain and breastfeeding was super painful. This only lasted a couple days though and was really good for a while. Then earlier this week I got a blister on my nipple and things have been painful again. I’m not sure what happened. I think my breasts may be getting too engorged and she’s having trouble getting a deep latch sometimes now. She’s three weeks old. Would love to have a home visit soon. I have United healthcare community plan and am having trouble finding anyone that takes it.
72 hours postpartum with our newborn (second child). Her breasts feel very full but she isn't getting relief from feeding, and when she pumps afterward, she's getting less than 1oz. We're currently supplementing with 1oz of formula per feed. We'd like an IBCLC who can help assess latch and milk transfer, ideally with an in-home visit in Park Slope, Brooklyn (11215) soon. Please let us know if you accept BCBS insurance (BCBS-MA/BlueCard) and your earliest availability.
11 week old suddenly fussy and crying at breast after no breastfeeding problems at all. Side lying nursing at night fine—seems to be specific to nursing while I’m sitting up. Takes bottle fine 1x per day. Have BCBS anthem. Would prefer in person but virtual is fine to start, just need to be seen asap
looking for in network provider, Blue Shield California, near 11216

Looking to hire a Doula or more for prenatal education, postpartum support, and lactation consultation. Do not want Doula present during birth and labor. We will be with our medical team at Tisch. Looking for someone who is experienced (5+ years) and is well educated on alternative lifestyle options.
4 week old, we had a NICU stay, followed by me being hospitalized that tanked my supply. Now I’m trying to build it again and wondering how to go about it. Also want to check latch.
Twin baby girls two and a half weeks old. One with weak latch and both hungry after latching
Five weeks postpartum with a very hungry baby! Looking for support with latching and a flange assessment because pain and output have varied, and I am getting frequent clogs. NYCEPPO insurance acceptance preferable, but if not, $300 for a in-person session would be the maximum amount I can pay.
3 week old Painful feeds on right side Shallow latch Also need help with flange size for pumping with Spectra/momcozy
I think my breastfeeding journey is going quite well, I just want to do a weighted feed or 2 to know how much to offer in a bottle if need be or just to know if he’s getting proper amount
Hi, My name is Bridget and I am currently 5 weeks postpartum. I am primarily breastfeeding (pumping) and topping off with formula. I’d like to meet with a lactation consultant to determine how to exclusively breastfeed/pump and increase milk supply. My insurance is Cigna- please let me know if that’s in network. Thanks, Bridget
