Because of this, I'm looking for someone who is experienced in caring for newborns and can provide both compassionate care for our baby and helpful support during my recovery. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience with newborns, is knowledgeable about infant sleep routines and gentle sleep training, and holds current, verifiable Infant CPR and First Aid certifications. We value someone who is patient, nurturing, reliable, calm under pressure, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys helping families during this special time.
