This is my first pregnancy. I would like to have an unmedicated birth, and would like minimal intervention - as long as it is safe for me and the baby. I want to have a relaxing experience and not a "quick lets get this baby out asap" if nothing is wrong. We plan on my hospital being at Mease Coutryside Hospital in Clearwater Florida. Our provider is Tricare East/Prime.

I’m hoping to find a little help, support and education. We’re first time parents, my wife had a c-section and is trying to recover. I’m doing my very best to let her rest, but I’m struggling with our boy. I’d really appreciate some help initially to get a little rest for us, and get some education for how to be a better Dad. I don’t know exactly what I do wrong or don’t do, but I can’t get him to stop crying sometimes hours on end he’s furious. Yeah, I’d just like to be a better dad, with a little more sleep. Maybe once or twice a week would be great.

Second baby, we live in St. Petersburg with our 2 yo son. Daughter is due in mid Dec. we need postpartum doula who can comfortably join our family in the afternoon and function as a postpartum family assistant—take the baby, help with our son, keep laundry/dishes/food moving, and give me several hours where mom can recover and heal. Plus sized first time mommy. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and hoping to give birth as naturally as possible. I am looking for someone to help advocate for me since I have already experienced a lapse in care due to my size and continue to feel like providers don't want to help me because I am fat. At this time, I am only high risk for my weight but so far all my tests have been normal and nothing is wrong. Throughout my pregnancy I have already had to transfer care two times and at my recent 30 week check up a new midwife took one look at me and decided I needed to transfer. It has caused a lot of trauma, stress and anxiety. I just want to feel like my health and m baby's health are important and just because I am fat I am still deserving of proper care and support.

Hi! My husband, Mason, and I are expecting our first baby, and we’re currently looking for a midwife and doula who can help us prepare for and have a calm, supported, low-intervention birth. I’m currently deciding between a freestanding birth center and a hospital birth, but I’m strongly leaning toward a birth-center environment because I love the idea of a calm, intimate, home-like setting with more freedom of movement and a team that is supportive of physiologic birth. I’d also love guidance in finding the right birth center and understanding our options. My goal is an unmedicated, low-intervention birth if everything is progressing normally. I’d like to avoid unnecessary interventions such as continuous fetal monitoring, routine cervical checks, breaking my water, Pitocin, induction, and an epidural, while remaining flexible if a medical intervention becomes necessary for my baby or me. My biggest concern is the “what ifs,” so I’m looking for someone who can help me build confidence, understand my options, and feel prepared rather than fearful. I’m especially interested in learning about laboring and/or birthing in water, freedom to move and change positions, breathing techniques, and other natural comfort measures. For my birth environment, I envision Mason and my doula as my primary support people. I’d love for Mason to be very involved and coached on how to support me, while also having a doula who can step in with hands-on support, positioning, counterpressure, breathing, encouragement, and emotional reassurance when needed. My postpartum preferences are very important to me as well. I would love immediate skin-to-skin, delayed cord clamping, leaving the vernix intact, delaying the first bath, rooming-in, minimizing separation from baby, and early breastfeeding support. I’m hoping to breastfeed for the first year, so lactation support would also be valuable to me. I’m looking primarily for birth support and preparation rather than extensive postpartum or sleep support, although I’m open to discussing what you offer. I’m comfortable investing up to around $2,000 depending on the services and level of support included. I also wanted to mention that Mason and I are both full-time content creators, and I’ve been very open and vocal about my pregnancy journey on social media. I’m interested in potentially trading content/marketing exposure for services, if that’s something you’re open to discussing. I would genuinely love to document and share my experience with the right midwife/doula and introduce their business to my audience through authentic pregnancy and birth content. I’m happy to discuss specific deliverables, such as Reels, Stories, posts, or other content that would be valuable to your business. I’d love to connect with someone who is experienced with unmedicated/low-intervention birth, supportive of birth-center births, comfortable working with first-time parents, and passionate about helping families feel confident and informed throughout the process.
