I’m hoping to find a little help, support and education. We’re first time parents, my wife had a c-section and is trying to recover. I’m doing my very best to let her rest, but I’m struggling with our boy. I’d really appreciate some help initially to get a little rest for us, and get some education for how to be a better Dad. I don’t know exactly what I do wrong or don’t do, but I can’t get him to stop crying sometimes hours on end he’s furious. Yeah, I’d just like to be a better dad, with a little more sleep. I’m a first time mom expecting my baby boy in November. I’m planning to give birth at a hospital and am hoping to have an unmedicated birth if everything is healthy and safe for both me and my baby. I’m looking for a supportive, knowledgeable doula who can help me feel confident throughout labor by providing comfort techniques, emotional support, breathing and positioning guidance, and advocacy during birth. I’d also love postpartum support with breastfeeding, especially since I’ll be a first time mom and want help getting started with latching, feeding, and newborn care.

First-time mom planning a natural, unmedicated birth at Natural BirthWorks. I’m looking for a doula who can support me during labor and birth, especially with comfort measures, positioning, breathing, emotional support, and helping my husband support me as well. Since I’ll likely be discharged from the birth center about 4 hours after delivery, I’m also very interested in postpartum support that day/evening once we get home, to help with the transition, newborn care, breastfeeding, meals/hydration, and recovery.
