At home natural birth, $2000. First pregnancy, Vaginal delivery, no pain medication. I prefer African American doula

I plan to give birth at Gulf Coast hospital in Panama City FL. I am mainly looking for someone who can assist with my child’s birth and ensuring all my desires are advocated for. My birth preferences/plan essentially boil down to wanting as little medical intervention as possible while still giving birth in a hospital (in case something serious/life threatening happen). I also have plans to exclusively breast feed and I’d love help to make sure that I start off on the right foot with that journey. I do not have an estimated budget as I’m sure the costs associated to what I am needing are very customized and specific to my needs. I am open to discussing what any doula has to offer me and what they believe the appropriate going rate for their services should be. I’d then make an informed decision from there if I believe it’s appropriate to move forward with their support.

We need a post partum doula as well lactation consultation and practice and improvement on sleeping patterns.

I had a C-section at 37 weeks and my milk has yet to come in. I’m a first time mom and I no one in my family has ever breastfed so I’m trying to learn on my own! I am not getting milk supply. I was getting a little bit but I pump now and get no results. He doesn't latch which I'm ok with. I had a breast reduction back in 2019 and I had my 2nd child in 2020 and had this same issue. I am desperately wanting to breast feed my 3rd child and have tried everything possible. Vitamins, gummies, Lactation drinks, etc. Could it be the surgery?
