I’m giving birth at St Joseph’s Women’s in Tampa. My estimated budget is $2,000-3,000. My birth plan is a hospital birth but as natural as hospital. I want to birth at home until I deliver at the hospital. Focus on delayed cord clamping, minimal vaccines, etc.

Completely natural empowering birth, birth center closed and trying to figure out our options and need extra support incase to advocate and help guide me through a hospital birth without my crutch for pain being the tub.

This is my first pregnancy, and I would like to receive as much help as possible to deliver a healthy baby. I want to give birth at St. Joseph's Women's and am hoping I can labor at home before transitioning into the hospital. I have pregnancy Medicaid and haven't completed my birth plan as of yet. I'm currently 26 weeks and hoping to go full term.

First time looking for a Doula, seeking support with birth and postpartum. I plan on giving birth at hospital but want to labor at home as long as possible. I have Humana as insurance so I’m looking to find someone who can provide the care needed through them. I would like to labor as natural as possible. If not relaxing enough to dilate I may resort to the epidural like I did with my first. Postpartum, possibly needing help with cooking as I have a toddler as well this postpartum experience. I prefer a well seasoned doula

Baby Place Orlando Health is where I plan to deliver. I have Tricare so I plan on spending as little as possible. I prefer a natural birth plan with limited medicines, no epidural, and lots of walking and stretching.

I wanted to consider all options. Home/birthing center/hospital. I would prefer a natural birth in water.

My last birth was a freebirth at home, i would prefer to have a medical team of some sort on hand for a homebirth this time. I am currently uncertain on a budget. I would like to plan a homebirth if pregnancy remains low risk. Labor in a quiet, calm environment. Dim lighting. Minimal unnecessary interruptions. Freedom to move, walk, squat, kneel, or change positions as desired. Access to water for comfort measures and possible waterbirth if appropriate. I would prefer non medication comfort measures first. Water immersion, position changes, breathing techniques, massage and counter pressure, and encouragement from support people/team. I would like to avoid unnecessary interventions when i and the baby are doing well. Informed consent before any non-emergency procedures. I would also like to have clear explanations of risks, benefits, and alternatives before decisions are made whenever possible. For delivery i want to be able to push according to my bodys urges rather than directed pushing if safe unless i ask otherwise . Freedom to choose birthing position. I want the baby on my chest immediately if both of us are stable. The golden hour is very important to me. I want delayed cord clamping. I want my partners involved in the delivery and cutting the cord. I would also like to deliver our placenta naturally if safe. I would like to initiate breastfeeding as soon as possible. Routine newborn procedures delayed until after bonding when medically appropriate. Keep mother and baby together whenever possible. Transfer to hospital if medically necessary. Preference for clear communication throughout any transfer. I would prefer a provider who is open minded to odd family dynamics and who has been practicing for at least 5-6 years. I am 28 years old, this is my fifth pregnancy and hopefully fourth birth.

Speack inglés and Spanish if possible , I’m in my 6 month of pregnancy and I need a good doula to be with me on the day of my delivery, and if possible, to take some classes with her as well.

We are expecting our first baby around November 24, 2026, and plan to deliver at The Baby Place in St. Petersburg. We are looking for a highly experienced, certified birth doula who has attended at least 50 births and is very comfortable supporting hospital deliveries. Tania is currently leaning toward having an epidural, but we want someone who can support her decisions without pushing a particular type of birth. We would prefer a doula who is calm and reassuring but can also be confident and assertive when appropriate. We want help understanding our options, communicating with the medical team, and making informed decisions if the birth does not go according to plan. As first-time parents, we are looking for guidance on how Jason can be an effective support person rather than being replaced by the doula. We would like someone who can help us determine the best division of roles during labor and adapt based on what Tania needs. We would like the package to include: • One or two prenatal planning meetings • Childbirth education or a birthing class • On-call availability around the due date • Continuous support throughout labor and delivery • At least one postpartum follow-up visit • Breastfeeding or lactation guidance, either directly or through a trusted referral Experience supporting first-time parents, anxiety during labor, epidurals, hospital interventions, efforts to avoid unnecessary interventions, unexpected C-sections, and early breastfeeding would be important to us. Spanish fluency would be helpful but is not required. We have not established a firm budget yet and would like candidates to provide their full pricing, services included, payment schedule, cancellation policy, backup-doula arrangement, and any additional costs.
