I plan to give birth at Flagler hospital in Saint Augustine. I am hoping to pay little to nothing. I hope to have a calm, natural birth, with dim lights, in a natural position for me, and where I can let my body do the work instead of pushing and tearing. I am hoping for a doula that is non judgmental, open minded, and has a calming presence, but can be stern with the hospital employees if needed. I need someone who has knowledge with teething and 9 month old + babies. We are currently struggling with biting and my nipples are not cut in half.

my baby has been exclusively breast-fed for the last 3 1/2 months. I’m wanting to wean from breast-feeding to bottle feeding. I have tried the pigeon bottle, Tommy tippy bottle, Nuk, Lansioh, como, basically all of them. He was taking an ounce or two of the pigeon for about four days and now is refusing any sort of bottle.

I am a first time mother, expecting a son in early August. I am planning to have a hospital delivery and hope to breastfeed. I’d like personalized prenatal care, labor and delivery tips for a vaginal birth and newborn tips. I am not expecting to have doula in delivery room but support and care before and after. Budget is negotiable.

I’m looking for a doula who can help advocate for us during a hospital birth. This is my first birth/pregnancy and I want someone who is educated and understands this world. I know the hospital environment can get hectic and I want someone who can protect my husband and i’s calm during the birthing process. I would also love help with breastfeeding as I haven’t done it before, and potentially postpartum help if I need it (i do think my mom will be helping me, but I’m not sure what to expect). I’m hoping to avoid an epidural, but I’m still looking into different pain management options.
