Lactation consultant/ coach This is my second child. Had problems with milk production the first time. First child was a c/s breech baby born at 37 weeks. Want to try again and looking for help.

1 week postpartum. I had a lumpectomy and numerous biopsies on my right breast that lead to significant scar tissue. My breast in engorged and it’s difficult to breastfeed.
