Hospital birth- first birth I have no clue about my birth plan or budget

We will give birth at Countryside Mease. I have a birth plan I can provide.

I am [personal details hidden] first pregnancy and will not give birth in a hospital and need support during this process, I plan to live in largo florida and home birth or birthing centers, I have a budget of 6200, I want a natural lotus home birth keeping my placenta, would perfer a Melanated experienced midwives and doula as I will breastfeed

This is my first pregnancy. I would like to have an unmedicated birth, and would like minimal intervention - as long as it is safe for me and the baby. I want to have a relaxing experience and not a "quick lets get this baby out asap" if nothing is wrong. We plan on my hospital being at Mease Coutryside Hospital in Clearwater Florida. Our provider is Tricare East/Prime.

I would like to explore a doula during labor and delivery and possibly a postpartum doula. I plan to give birth at the diwntown saint Petersburg bayfront orlando health hospital.

Baby Place Orlando Health is where I plan to deliver. I have Tricare so I plan on spending as little as possible. I prefer a natural birth plan with limited medicines, no epidural, and lots of walking and stretching.

We are looking for a highly experienced, certified birth doula who has attended at least 50 births and is very comfortable supporting hospital deliveries. We would prefer a doula who is calm and reassuring but can also be confident and assertive when appropriate. We want help understanding our options, communicating with the medical team, and making informed decisions if the birth does not go according to plan. As first-time parents, we are looking for guidance on how Jason can be an effective support person rather than being replaced by the doula. We would like someone who can help us determine the best division of roles during labor and adapt based on what [name hidden] needs. We would like the package to include: • One or two prenatal planning meetings • Childbirth education or a birthing class • On-call availability around the due date • Continuous support throughout labor and delivery • At least one postpartum follow-up visit • Breastfeeding or lactation guidance, either directly or through a trusted referral Experience supporting first-time parents, anxiety during labor, epidurals, hospital interventions, efforts to avoid unnecessary interventions, unexpected C-sections, and early breastfeeding would be important to us. Spanish fluency would be helpful but is not required. We have not established a firm budget yet and would like candidates to provide their full pricing, services included, payment schedule, cancellation policy, backup-doula arrangement, and any additional costs.

Second baby, we live in St. Petersburg with our 2 yo son. Daughter is due in mid Dec. we need postpartum doula who can comfortably join our family in the afternoon and function as a postpartum family assistant—take the baby, help with our son, keep laundry/dishes/food moving, and give me several hours where mom can recover and heal.
