Hello, I plan on giving birth in Kendall hospital. I plan on having a natural birth. I want someone to help and support me during labor. I want a doula that understands what I want and don’t want during the labor. I also would prefer someone experimented that can go along well with my husband and my mom.

Plan to birth at west Kendall Baptist hospital. Our budget is very minimal as we wish to use health insurance to help cover the majority of the costs. Our birth plan is very simple I wish to birth our first born as unmedicated as possible. I wish to avoid any medications unless medically necessary. I want to allow my body to do what it’s suppose to do with myself managing pain and controlling my mind, thoughts and emotions. I wish for the provider to have years at least 3 year of experience and to be medically certified. Not a must but to speak Spanish as their second language. I am looking to have my doula visit postpartum to give me some pointers after birth and help with breastfeeding. I currently have united healthcare insurance.
