We don't have a full scale birth plan but right now we'd prefer unmedicated and unassisted (no forceps/vacuum) but obviously will do what's best and safest for baby.
I am discouraged and sad that my milk is not coming in. My baby girl latches great from birth. She will latch for maybe 4 minutes then use nipple as a pacifier and fall asleep. My dream has always been to strictly breastfeed.
