I hold a Master of Science in Human Lactation and am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for families.

I have been helping parents to provide Human Milk to their littles since 1995. I have helped families in a variety of settings such as a birthing hospital , NICU and even a health department. I can provide research base counseling when the parent is expecting to wean weaning is desired. I can provide guidance with use of tools that will hep in the collection of Human Milk and provide advice on medications affect on milk quality.

Hello , My name is Mydarline Empress’ and I have had 8 children of my own (non-medicated natural birth , home water birth & Caesarean C-section asleep and awake ). I will be available for assisting in home births with a midwife present, hospital births, and birthing center. As a doula, my deepest motivation is to support birthing parents emotionally, physically, and informationally during one of the most transformative moments of their lives.
