About me

I am a Birth & Postpartum Doula in Southwest Florida. I understand that welcoming a newborn comes with joy, exhaustion, and a flood of emotions. Bringing a new baby into the world is one of life’s most profound transitions, and no family should navigate it alone. My role is to provide nurturing, hands-on support so you can focus on what matters most—resting, healing, and bonding with your baby. Whether it’s meal preparation, newborn care, emotional support, or tending to the household, I step in with the gentle, intuitive care of a village housewife—so you can feel truly held during this sacred time.

Service introduction

During postpartum shifts, I offer steady, intuitive support with a knack for sensing what’s needed—sometimes that’s a warm meal, a quiet room, or just someone who understands without asking. I move gently and stay attuned, helping you find small moments of rest and reassurance as you settle into this new chapter.

Standard of Care
From 9am-3pm, I’m the extra brain, hands, and heart you didn’t know you’d need. I handle the stuff that slips through the cracks while assisting you in establishing your new normal. I move between the practical and the personal with ease, so you can move through this massive transformation with a little more breath and a lot less burnout. (4 hr minimum shift) From 8pm-6am, I’m the quiet presence in the dark—making sure bottles are clean, baby’s settled, and you’re not running on fumes by sunrise. If you need to talk at 3 a.m., I’m there. If you just need five uninterrupted hours of sleep, I’m still there. (8 hr minimum shift)
