Birth Assistant
This package is designed to support you whether you’re planning a home birth or a hospital birth. It includes three prenatal visits where we’ll explore your birth preferences, create a personalized birth and nutrition plan, and practice comfort techniques while preparing for postpartum recovery. You’ll receive clear, supportive education to help you understand medical terminology and birthing options so you can make informed, empowered decisions. I provide advocacy and guidance to help you navigate hospital protocols or prepare your home birth space, ensuring you feel confident in any setting. From 37 weeks onward (or earlier for high-risk pregnancies), I offer 24/7 on-call availability for emotional support and reassurance. I’ll be by your side during labor at home or in the hospital, offering continuous physical, emotional, and informational care. A trusted backup doula is always available for added peace of mind. After birth, you’ll receive one postpartum follow-up and one postpartum visit focused on healing, newborn care, feeding, and emotional well-being. Transportation is included!

You’ll receive clear, supportive perinatal education to help you understand medical terminology, birthing options, and make informed decisions. I provide advocacy and guidance to help you navigate hospital protocols and communicate your needs effectively. From 37 weeks onward (or earlier for high-risk pregnancies), I offer 24/7 on-call availability for emotional support and reassurance, and I’ll be by your side during labor to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational care. A trusted backup doula is always available for added peace of mind. After birth, you’ll receive two postpartum visits to support healing, newborn care, feeding, and emotional well-being. This package also includes placenta encapsulation, a service many find beneficial for postpartum recovery and hormone balance. Transportation included!

The Sliding Scale Support Package includes one virtual prenatal visit to discuss your birth preferences and answer your questions, plus one in-person prenatal visit to prepare your personalized birth plan and practice comfort techniques. From 37 weeks, I’m available for on-call emotional support and early labor guidance. During labor, I provide continuous physical and emotional support, with a trusted backup doula available if needed. After birth, you’ll receive one postpartum follow-up focused on recovery, newborn care, and emotional well-being.
