I had 2 c-sections and the last was 4 years ago. I currently am looking for someone that will help me give birth naturally rather than someone who will encourage me to have another c-section. I’m a first time mom expecting my baby boy in November. I’m planning to give birth at a hospital and am hoping to have an unmedicated birth if everything is healthy and safe for both me and my baby. I’m looking for a supportive, knowledgeable doula who can help me feel confident throughout labor by providing comfort techniques, emotional support, breathing and positioning guidance, and advocacy during birth. I’d also love postpartum support with breastfeeding, especially since I’ll be a first time mom and want help getting started with latching, feeding, and newborn care.
