I plan on giving birth at a hospital. I’m not sure about a budget yet. It’s early and still looking into options. I have had [personal details hidden] and cannot have an epidural. I need help getting through labor unmediated. I’m still doing research of what I’d like in my birth plan. I know I want delayed cord clamping and immediate skin to skin. I would like to have the birth as natural as possible. I have Tricare prime.

i’m planning a hospital birth. i need to be seen & listened to by doctors, nurses & other hospital staff. i need a more time to make a birth plan but i will have one. i prefer a doula who has at least 3 years of experience, but one who will advocate for me would do just fine!!
