Need lactation consultant to improve breast milk production and feeding for my twins

I am a first time mother who wants to learn how to recover from birth while providing the best care for my baby. I’m easily overwhelmed and will need some help in postpartum. My mother will be present to help also. I’m interested in someone who is educated in traditional medicine with 5+ years of experience. Cooking and cleaning is a plus. Nighttime care would be great. I’m looking to spend no more than $1500/mo for 2 days per week of doula help.

I plan to give birth at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, FL I am seeking a birth doula that would be covered under Tricare insurance I plan to have labor and delivery that is safest for baby. I will be using epidural. Certified doula that can advocate for my needs and help through the labor especially if it’s been a long labor. I was 32 hours in labor with my first and did not feel supported by the nurses. I am 33 and seeking a doula that can support me through every step of labor and delivery including postpartum Mainly hospital support and the night after to help with self care and breastfeeding as a lactation consultant never met me the first time.
My baby had a great latch in the hospital, but my milk didn’t come in right away. Once my milk came in I had no issues feeding, we were primarily breast feeding and I’d pump once overnight for comfort and he’d get a formula bottle every once in a while so dad could feed him. I went back to work and I was pumping 3x during my workday with wearables and was getting ~4oz/day (which I would’ve preferred to be higher at that time) but noticed a decrease in my supply afterwards so I started using the spectra and now a month after using the spectra and increasing my frequency of pumping at work to 4x a day I’m still noticing only 1-2oz/day output
1 week old with a shallow latch. Doesbt stimulate my let down & doesnt open mouth large enough to latch. I have Anthem BCBS for insurance. Would love in home visit but willing to travel local to in office visits.
I do t know what budget to have as I do t know what is a realistic amount I really want to just have a different experience My first birth I want to be more in control and try to do no epidural and also have help learning the best breast feeding technique I’ll be wanting to give birth advent health celebration
I’m looking for a doula who can help advocate for us during a hospital birth. This is my first birth/pregnancy and I want someone who is educated and understands this world. I know the hospital environment can get hectic and I want someone who can protect my husband and i’s calm during the birthing process. I would also love help with breastfeeding as I haven’t done it before, and potentially postpartum help if I need it (i do think my mom will be helping me, but I’m not sure what to expect). I’m hoping to avoid an epidural, but I’m still looking into different pain management options.
Am looking for assistance with birth, before and after birth, mental health support, and help with creating a birth plan under $1000
