As a Birth Doula and Lactation Counselor, I support families before, during, and after birth. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and empowered as you prepare to welcome your baby. A positive and supported birth experience can help parents feel more confident as they begin their postpartum journey and learn to feed their newborn. While every birth and feeding experience is different, having continuous emotional, physical, and informational support can help you feel prepared for the transition into parenthood and breastfeeding.
