As a Birth Doula and Lactation Counselor, I support families before, during, and after birth. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and empowered as you prepare to welcome your baby. A positive and supported birth experience can help parents feel more confident as they begin their postpartum journey and learn to feed their newborn. While every birth and feeding experience is different, having continuous emotional, physical, and informational support can help you feel prepared for the transition into parenthood and breastfeeding. Birth Doula Support I provide non-medical birth support, including: Prenatal birth preparation and education Discussing your birth preferences and creating a birth plan Comfort measures, breathing, relaxation, and positioning techniques Continuous emotional and physical support during labor Partner support and encouragement Helping you communicate your preferences and questions with your care team Support through different birth scenarios and unexpected changes Post-birth support as you transition into the early postpartum period Breastfeeding & Lactation Support Whether you are preparing for your first baby or experiencing challenges after birth, I’m here to help you build confidence and develop a feeding plan that works for you and your baby. I can support you with: Prenatal breastfeeding education Newborn feeding cues Latch and positioning Feeding plans for newborns Milk supply support Gentle, practical solutions for common breastfeeding concerns Early postpartum breastfeeding support Virtual lactation consultations Remote lactation support in English and Chinese My approach is compassionate, practical, and individualized. Your Birth Support could include 1. Prenatal support 1–2 prenatal visits 2. On-call labor support On-call availability around the estimated due date (36weeks) Phone/text support when labor begins Help determine when it may be appropriate to contact the provider or go to the hospital Continuous emotional and physical support during labor 3. Labor & birth support Comfort measures such as massage, counter-pressure, positioning and movement Breathing and relaxation support Help create a calm environment Encourage hydration, rest and position changes when appropriate Support communication between the client, partner and medical team Help the client ask questions and understand options Support the client's birth preferences without making medical decisions for them Partner reassurance and hands-on coaching 4. Immediate postpartum support help with first hour feeding.
Package Includes: Flat rate USD2500 total 1. welcome home note to new parent 2. one prenatal in home breastfeeding Education , new born care and supply guidance 3. Six days postpartum continues visit (5 hours / day ) Breastfeeding & Bottle Feeding Support: Assistance with latch, positioning, milk supply, and feeding cues. Newborn Care Guidance: Diapering, soothing techniques, sleep routines, and recognizing newborn cues. Maternal Recovery Support: Assistance with rest, comfort measures, gentle postpartum exercises, and self-care strategies. Emotional Support: Encouragement, reassurance, and guidance to help parents adjust to the new role. Education & Resources: Tips and resources tailored to your family’s needs.
