Looking for a reliable caring nanny overnight from 7pm-5am 4 days out of the week for my 3 month old son

I plan on a hospital birth. I also plan on trying to breast feeding. I am looking for someone who is experienced as a postpartum doula/night nurse, to come a few times a week after i give birth to help us with night time feedings, changing and settling of the baby.

At least one year of experience, Vietnamese preferred, one month old baby, bottlefeed with breastmilk, normally only up 1-2 times during the night, bed provided in baby’s room to use for napping, $20-$25 an hour

I work night shift 2:30 to 11 pm. I don’t know how much though.

Night nanny and postpartum nanny For newborn baby

Looking for someone to take the night shifts and sleep train our newborn.

We’re just looking for a trustworthy person who can help us temporarily. We moved to Ooltewah, TN a couple of months ago. I am an RN, working nights so we don’t have to put our child in daycare or have someone else watch her while we work. However, up to this point, my 16 month old has always depended on my breast to fall back asleep at night so now that she doesn’t have that, she is not sleeping much at all (some nights none) and is completely inconsolable for my hubby who cannot take any more. The goal is once our daughter is sleep trained we won’t have to rely on someone to help out. We’re working our way out of a financial rut so we can’t afford a whole lot. We can do around $200/wk full time (4 nights a week, 8 hours)

I plan to give birth at Erlanger hospital. Not sure of a budget at this time as we are shopping around . Do not have a birth plan yet
