Looking for a labor doula. Would have a hospital birth. 1st baby.

I am 26 years old and this is my first child so I would like someone to just give me advice and basically be there for me through this journey. I would like to give birth at a birthing center close to a hospital if I need to go to it, but I am not opposed to going to the hospital I just don't want to have the baby on my back. My budget is under $2,000 preferably. I also would like to try and breast feed to know what drinks or food I can intake now to help with that. I am also a picky eater so helping me come up with a balanced diet would also be a great help as well. I just would like to prep on what I should be doing each month and things I need to order so that I can already have it before the baby comes.

I am currently 36 weeks pregnant with my second baby. My husband and I are seeking a midwife to aid in the postpartum period post birth. Our primary area of concern is integrating our new baby with our toddler who is currently around 1 year 1/2 (19 months). We are in Upper Marlboro, MD.

(UMMS) Estimated budget: My budget will depend on what services are covered by my insurance, if anything. I am looking for postpartum support options that fit within my available coverage or payment options.
