I am seeking a 100% virtual consultation covered by my commercial Aetna insurance plan. My baby is 3 months old, and we are navigating a few major transitions. He is breaking out of his swaddles and actively sucking on his hands, so I need help evaluating his soothing/hunger cues and building an optimal feeding and sleep schedule. Additionally, I am preparing for my return to work and need guidance on establishing a pumping routine, managing my milk supply, and transitioning his feeding schedule to match my work day. I would love to be matched with a consultant who can support both infant routines and back-to-work pumping logistics.

Yayyy I’m pregnant! It’s still a secret, so no one knows! I’m 22 years old and married to the BEST husband! I’m hoping to spend $1,200 or under on a Doula. That still might be a little pricey for me because I’m young and not fully established. I plan to give birth in a hospital. I want a natural/unmedicated birth. I do NOT want to be induced if I can help it. I still don’t know how I feel about vaccines. I need to do more research. If I had to pick a side, I’d say I’m leaning towards not giving my baby many vaccines. I would love my provider to be confident in their knowledge as a doula, encouraging, and a good educator. I want them to be able to teach me techniques to remain calm and grounded during labor.
