As a Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of experience in obstetrics, caring for women throughout pregnancy and childbirth is my passion! I created these courses to fill the gap in healthcare education evident in so many women's labor stories. Having a child is a beautiful, life-changing event that I am excited to prepare you for!

Every woman is entitled to a positive birth experience. The foundation for your version of a perfectly positive birth experience begins with education surrounding pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care. My courses help to prepare you to be the best possible advocate for you and your baby in order to foster the birth experience you’ve always imagined. My main birth course titled, Birth Babe, includes 10 modules that help to navigate your journey from pregnancy to postpartum. I’ve also created mini-courses for birth plans, breastfeeding, and pelvic floor strengthening that can all be bundled for your best value yet! So let’s do this! You’ve got this, mama!
