Hi, I’m Jamie - a Registered Nurse, Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Sleep Specialist, and mom of three. My years in labor and delivery, combined with my own experience navigating motherhood, have shaped the way I support families: with empathy, steadiness, and deep respect for how transformative this season can be. I believe there is no one “right” way to parent - only what feels aligned with your values and your baby. My role is to offer evidence-based education, calm guidance, and a supportive space where you can ask questions, build confidence, and feel truly cared for as you step into parenthood.

I support families through pregnancy, feeding, sleep, and the postpartum transition with compassionate, evidence-based care. As a Registered Nurse, IBCLC, and mom of three, I provide personalized guidance that meets you where you are - helping you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Jamie’s assistance with my baby’s sleep schedule was so comforting during a time when things can easily feel overwhelming. I loved being able to run things by her, and she was able to give me information and advice based upon her extensive knowledge of babies. I really valued the partnership aspect of working with her, I didn’t feel alone or on my own, and that was very important to me. She’s extremely knowledgeable and I can’t recommend her enough!

Jamie was amazing. She was truly the best combination of genuinely caring and supportive yet very professional and experienced. We used her sleep coach services because we were feeling very overwhelmed and desperate with how to even approach sleep training our one year old who was waking every 1-3 hours, multiple bottles per night, pacifier dependent, etc. She came over and helped us make sense of everything, put together a clear well thought out plan, and walked us through the next month. She scheduled multiple calls with us to check in on progress and pivot the plan with what was effective yet realistic for my very tender mamma heart (or low threshold for crying ;). She worked with us through set backs, an illness, and a holiday and through steady and consistent steps helped make SO much progress. Our son now can fall asleep independently (goodbye rocking forever and bottles and pacifiers to sleep.), wake up only once per night, and sleeping till about 6am. She helped us navigate naps too. We would enthusiastically and without hesitation recommend her!!!

Our family had the pleasure of working with Jamie when our daughter was just turning four months. After a thoughtful consultation and talking through some of our challenges, we decided we wanted to focus most of our efforts around sleep training.

Jamie came to our house to help with any adjustments needed and then worked closely with us over a few weeks to help achieve our goals. She checked in often, provided strategic pivots to our strategy when we needed them and most importantly always took a "baby first" approach ensuring everyone felt comfortable and confident in our plan, including our daughter. She was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pre/postpartum support.

I would gladly serve as a reference. Thank you Jamie!
