Service introduction

Hola, I’m Liz Chang. I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) with over a decade of experience supporting families through their breastfeeding journey. I also specialize in diabetes and metabolic education and hold a certificate as a medical interpreter and translator. Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of families in New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and now here in Silicon Valley, California. Whether in hospitals, clinics, or private home visits, I’ve helped parents navigate feeding challenges, set up lactation programs, trained other healthcare professionals, and led support groups across the country. My approach is always tailored to fit your life—not the other way around. I believe every parent deserves calm, compassionate care and clear guidance that respects your unique needs and goals. And as a mother who breastfed for 3 years, I truly understand how personal and emotional this journey can be. My goal is to offer both expertise and empathy—from helping you achieve a strong first latch to simply offering a reassuring presence when things feel overwhelming. It’s an honor to walk alongside you, your baby, and your family in these tender, important moments.
