About me

Hi, I’m Jasmine, a certified full spectrum doula with a postpartum focus. I am currently based in Worcester, Massachusetts and serve Greater Boston and surrounding communities. My background in early childhood education, child development, and critical ethnic and community studies shapes my warm, informed, and culturally responsive approach to care. I support families through the practical and emotional realities of welcoming a new baby, including newborn care, overnight support, parental rest and recovery, feeding support within my scope, sibling transitions, meal preparation, household organization, and the creation of sustainable family routines. Because no two families or postpartum experiences are alike, I prioritize clear communication, thoughtful observation, and care that respects each family’s culture, values, and choices. My experience spans classrooms, inclusive preschool settings, early intervention, private childcare, travel care, and hands-on household and family assistance. This allows me to see the whole picture: not only what the baby needs, but what will help the entire household feel calmer, more confident, and genuinely supported. I bring a steady presence, strong attention to detail, and a judgment-free approach to every home.

We just started working with Jasmine for babysitting and mother’s-helper-type requests, and she has been great! Professional, caring, communicative. She has a gentle approach that my young kids (and dogs) responded really well to. We look forward to continuing to work with her!

Jasmine was absolutely amazing! I came to Boston for four days to attend a meeting at MIT. Jasmine took care of my 12 month old son and gave me a great sense of security by always updating me and bringing him to me for the feedings. My son had lots of fun on campus’s parks and library. I could really tell how much he enjoyed spending time with her. She is very experienced and could tell whenever he needed something.

I honestly have no words for how amazing Jasmine is. We thought going in that she would be good but she exceeded our wildest expectations. We hired her as a temp nanny for our 11 month old. The first day, she showed up with a full breakdown of all the local child activities. I work from home and all I hear is nonstop giggles from my child in the next room while she’s looked after. I cannot believe we have been so lucky to have Jasmine - she has spoiled us for all other childcare forever. She is so patient, so kind, so engaged, so informed - a true diamond. I honestly feel like this review is underselling how good she is.

Jasmine did a great job with our 10 month old. Our baby doesn't love being left behind and Jasmine was so patient with her. For a baby with a tough time with babysitters, she did great!

Jasmine is attentive, responsive and very flexible. She is great at supporting a variety of children of with varying support needs and also checks in on how the parent is doing which means a lot. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her. Our circumstances changed due to medical complexities and family stepped in for the time being but I would certainly hire her again if the schedules aligned.
